Rule 120-2-40-.17. Penalties

In addition to suspension or revocation of a certificate of authority, after a hearing held under Title 33, Chapter 2, the Commissioner shall have the authority to place any Agency or Administrator on probation for a period of time not to exceed one year for each act or violation of Title 33, or this Subject or any order of the Commissioner issued pursuant thereto.
