Rule 120-2-40-.02. Purpose
(1) To provide for the establishment and regulation of county, municipality, or school board self-insurance programs. (2) To provide for an alternative mechanism by which accident, disability, supplemental medical, general liability, motor vehicle liability and property damage insurance protection can be provided for qualified counties, municipalities, or school boards.
