Rule 120-2-24-.02. Purpose

The purpose of this Regulation is to protect the interests of life insurance policyholders by establishing minimum standards of conduct to be observed in the replacement or proposed replacement of existing life insurance. Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 120-2-24-.02
