Rule 120-2-15-.01. Definitions

For the purpose of this Regulation Chapter, the following definitions shall apply:

1. (a) For the purposes of this Regulation Chapter and for the purpose of implementing and interpreting O.C.G.A. § 33-24-46, the term "residential real property" shall mean any property on which the policy is issued to a natural person or persons insuring a specifically described owner occupied one (1) or two (2) family dwelling, including condominium, manufactured housing, standard fire, homeowners, farmowners, and contents policies.
2. (b) For purposes of this Regulation Chapter, the terms "cancellation" and "nonrenewal" shall be defined as in O.C.G.A. §§ 33-24-44 and 33-24-46.
