Rule 111-8-7-.21. Enforcement

A birth center which fails to comply with these rules and regulations shall be subject to denial of a permit, revocation of its permit or provisional permit and other sanctions provided by law. The enforcement and administration of the rules and regulations: shall be as prescribed in O.C.G.A. Chapter 31-7, Enforcement and Administrative Procedure, which includes provision for: (a) the misdemeanor penalty for violation of rules and regulations promulgated under this Title; (b) injunctive relief under appropriate circumstances; (c) the Inspection Warrant; and (d) the due process requirements of notice, hearing and appeals.
