Rule 111-8-7-.19. Advertising

Any advertising of the services provided in or by a birth center shall be truthful and shall include the full name of the center and its Georgia license number, as shown on the face of the permit. Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 111-8-7-.19
