Rule 111-8-7-.12. Drug Storage and Administration

1. (1) Each center shall provide adequate space and equipment and staff to assure that drugs are stored and administered in compliance with State and Federal laws and regulations.
2. (2) No drugs shall be dispensed at the facility unless pharmacy regulations are met.
