Rule 111-8-7-.03. Permits

(1) Following inspection and evidence of compliance with these regulations, the Department may issue a permit. Each permit shall indicate the classifications of services to be provided and patient capacity of the center. (2) Permits issued shall remain in force and effect until revoked or suspended for failure to comply with these rules and regulations. Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 111-8-7-.03
