Rule 111-8-28-.03. Approval

(1) Upon compliance with all of the requirements for establishing an eye bank the governing authority for establishing said eye bank shall be issued a permit by the Department. (2) It shall be unlawful to establish and operate an eye bank without a permit. Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 111-8-28-.03
