Fla. Stat. § 101.39
Curtains on all voting machines shall be securely sealed or fastened before being used in any election so that the clearance lever can not be operated without opening or closing curtains. And no voting machine, while in use, shall be concealed in any voting place, so as to hide or obscure the machine from public view.
