Fla. Stat. § 100.221
The laws governing the holding of general elections are applicable to bond referenda, except as provided in ss. 100.201-100.351. The places for voting in a bond referendum shall be the same as the places for voting in general elections, when a bond referendum is held in the county or district; but when a bond referendum is held in a municipality, the polling places shall be the same as in other municipal elections.
