The Child Support Enforcement Application and Program Revenue Trust Fund is hereby created, to be administered by the Department of Revenue. The fund shall be used for the deposit of application fees of nonpublic assistance applicants for child support enforcement services and fines imposed under ss. 409.2564(8) and 409.2578. Moneys deposited from fines imposed under ss. 409.2564(8) and 409.2578 shall be maintained separately from moneys deposited from application fees.
