1. (1) The Department of Revenue may adopt rules necessary to carry out its responsibilities in ss. 28.35, 28.36, and 28.37 The rules shall include forms and procedures for transferring funds from the clerks of the court to the Clerks of the Court Trust Fund within the Department of Revenue.
2. (2) The Department of Financial Services may adopt rules as necessary to carry out its responsibilities under ss. 28.35, 28.36, and 28.37
