¹28.245 Transmittal of funds to Department of Revenue; uniform remittance form required.--

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, all moneys collected by the clerks of the court for subsequent distribution to a state agency or to the Supreme Court must be transmitted to the Department of Revenue for appropriate distribution. A uniform remittance form provided by the Department of Revenue detailing the specific amounts due each fund must accompany such submittal.
