¹27.605 Budget expenditures.--

1. (1) Notwithstanding provisions to the contrary in s. 27.54(3), a public defender may expend appropriated state funds for items that are enumerated in that subsection.

2. (2) Each public defender shall, by October 1 of each fiscal year, submit a report to the Legislative Budget Commission showing the amount of state funds expended during the previous fiscal year ending in June for the items enumerated in s. 27.54(3).
