¹27.385 Budget expenditures.--

1. (1) Notwithstanding provisions to the contrary in s. 27.34(2), a state attorney may expend appropriated state funds for items that are enumerated in that subsection.

2. (2) Each state attorney shall, by October 1 of each fiscal year, submit a report to the Legislative Budget Commission showing the amount of state funds expended during the previous fiscal year ending in June for the items enumerated in s. 27.34(2). The Justice Administrative Commission shall prescribe the format of this report.
