1. (1) The department shall implement the inmate training program to the fullest extent feasible within the parameters of ss. 945.71-945.74.
2. (2) On October 15, 1992, the department shall submit a report to the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President of the Senate detailing the extent of implementation of the inmate training program and outlining future goals and any recommendations the department has for future legislative action.
