1. (1) The Admiral John H. Fetterman State of Florida Maritime Museum and Research Center, to be built in the City of Pensacola, is designated as the official state maritime museum.
2. (2) This section is repealed July 1, 2015, unless reviewed and reenacted by the Legislature before that date.
