¹624.463 Conversion of self-insurance fund.--

1. (1) A self-insurance fund may become a domestic mutual insurer under a plan and procedure which are approved by the department.

2. (2) The department may not approve any plan or procedure unless:

   1. (a) It is equitable to the self-insurance fund members; and

   2. (b) The requirements imposed as to the formation of domestic mutual insurers are satisfied.

      ¹Note.--Repealed October 1, 2001, by s. 188, ch. 91-108, and scheduled for review pursuant to s. 11.61. Section 4, ch. 91-429, repealed s. 11.61 effective April 5, 1993. Section 33, ch. 96-318, confirmed the repeal of s. 11.61.
