Fla. Stat. § 553.19
For the purpose of establishing minimum electrical and alarm standards in this state, the current edition of the following standards are adopted:
(4) The provisions of the following which prescribe minimum electrical and alarm standards:
(6) The minimum standards for grounding of portable electric equipment, chapter 8C-27 as recommended by the Industrial Standards Section, Division of Workers' Compensation, Department of Labor and Employment Security. The Florida Building Commission shall update and maintain such electrical standards consistent with the procedures established in s. 553.73.
