The Legislative Commission on Migrant Labor is authorized and directed to establish an advisory committee, which shall contain the following membership:

1. (1) One member representing the Department of Community Affairs;
2. (2) One member representing the ¹Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services;
3. (3) One member representing the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services;
4. (4) One member representing the Department of Education;
5. (5) One member representing the Florida Farm Bureau Federation;
6. (6) One member representing the Florida State Federated Labor Council;
7. (7) One member representing the Florida Fruit and Vegetable Association;
8. (8) One member representing the Citrus Industrial Council;
9. (9) One member representing the Florida Sugar Cane League;
10. (10) One member representing the ²Florida Department of Commerce;

11. (11) Not fewer than two or more than four other persons selected and appointed by the commission.

    ¹Note.--The Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services was redesignated as the Department of Children and Family Services by s. 5, ch. 96-403, and the Department of Health was created by s. 8, ch. 96-403.

    ²Note.--Section 20.17, which created the Department of Commerce, was repealed effective December 31, 1996, by s. 3, ch. 96-320.
