¹442.108 Employer to post notice concerning employee rights.--

Every employer who manufactures, produces, uses, applies, or stores toxic substances in the workplace shall in a place where notices are normally posted post a notice, as prescribed by rule promulgated by the department, informing employees of their rights under ss. 442.101-442.127.
