In order to assist former WAGES participants in maintaining and sustaining employment, transportation may be provided, if funds are available, for up to 1 year after the participant is no longer eligible to participate in the program due to earnings. This does not constitute an entitlement to transitional transportation. If funds are not sufficient to provide services under this section, the department may limit or otherwise prioritize transportation services.

1. (1) Transitional transportation must be job related.
2. (2) Transitional transportation may include expenses identified in s. 414.20.
