1. (1) The committee and the Small Business Regulatory Advisory Council may access or request information and request the assistance of state agencies and officers. When assistance is requested, a state agency or officer shall assist the committee and the Small Business Regulatory Advisory Council.
2. (2) In carrying out its functions under ss. 11.901-11.920, the committee or its designated staff member may inspect the records, documents, and files of any state agency.
