Any Legislative Sunset Advisory Committee may take under investigation any matter within the scope of a sunset review either completed or then being conducted by the committee, and, in connection with such investigation, may exercise the powers of subpoena by law vested in a standing committee of the Legislature pursuant to s. 11.143
