1. (1) The Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco has authority to adopt rules pursuant to ss. 120.536(1) and 120.54 to implement the provisions of this part. All cigarette permits issued hereunder shall have printed thereon a notice to the effect that such permit is issued subject to the provisions of this part and such rules. The division shall provide upon request without charge to any applicant for a permit a copy of this part and the rules prescribed by it pursuant hereto.

2. (2) The division and all officers and employees under this part shall, in the administration thereof and in the administration of the State Beverage Law, have all the authority and power vested in officers and employees of the division as provided by ¹s. 561.07, and such power and authority is hereby conferred upon the division and all officers and employees under this part with respect to the administration of this part and also with respect to the administration of the Beverage Law.
