1. (1) Any authority which issues any revenue bonds pursuant to this part shall supply the Division of Bond Finance of the State Board of Administration with a copy of the report required pursuant to s. 103 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, as amended, at the times required pursuant to that section.

2. (2) The Division of Bond Finance shall upon receipt, provide a copy of the information supplied pursuant to subsection (1) to the ¹Division of Economic Development of the Department of Commerce.

   ¹Note.--Section 20.17, which created the Department of Commerce, was repealed effective December 31, 1996, by s. 3, ch. 96-320.
