The Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles is authorized to charge the following fees for copies of its personnel files:

1. (1) Copies, per page ............ $0.50.
2. (2) Certified copies, per page ............ $1.00. Fees collected pursuant to this section shall be deposited in the General Revenue Fund.
