(1) NFPA 101, the Life Safety Code®, Florida 2021 Edition, is hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference and shall take effect on the effective date of this rule as a part of the Florida Fire Prevention Code.
(2) (a) NFPA 101, Florida 2021 Edition, is copyrighted material that cannot be copied, but may be purchased by contacting the NFPA at 1 Batterymarch Park, Quincy, Massachusetts 02169-7471; Phone 1(800)344-3555; Website www.nfpa.org.
