Prohibition of Harvest: Longspine Urchin, Bahama Starfish

No person shall harvest or possess within or without the waters of the state, or land any of the following species:

(1) Longspine urchin, Diadema antillarum.
(2) Bahama starfish, Oreaster reticulatus.
