As used in Chapter 68B-33, F.A.C.: “Billfish” means any of the following species, or a part thereof:

1. (1) Makaira nigricans (blue marlin);
2. (2) Kajikia albida (white marlin);
3. (3) Istiophorus platypterus (sailfish), or
4. (4) Tetrapturus georgeii (roundscale spearfish).
