1. (1) If one or more licenses are required to harvest shrimp within a specific region or area pursuant to Rule 68B-31.009, F.A.C., such license(s) is also required for the harvester to sell or offer for sale shrimp harvested under such required license(s).
2. (2) A wholesale dealer, as defined in Section 379.362(1)(a), F.S., may not purchase shrimp from a harvester required to be licensed purusant to Rule 68B-31.009, F.A.C., unless such harvester presents all such required licenses prior to the sale.
3. (3) A live bait shrimp producer may not sell or offer for sale shrimp as anything other than bait.
