- (1) The Corporation may modify the terms of a competitive solicitation at any point prior to the due date of the Responses. A notice of modification will be posted on the Corporation’s Website. Any Bidder shall have at least 7 days from the date of the posting of the notice of the modification to submit or modify its Response.
- (2) Any Bidder may modify its Response at any time prior to the Response deadline.
