1. (1) The Corporation is required by HUD to match non-federal funds to the HOME allocation as specified in 24 CFR Part 92.
2. (2) A Match Credit Fund funded by the state of Florida has been appropriated to the Corporation. The funds are to be used for demonstration Developments, pilot programs, or other Developments selected and approved by the Corporation’s Board of Directors. Such pilot programs or Developments shall be counted as the Corporation’s required match for HUD purposes and may be any eligible activity acceptable to 24 CFR Part 92 and approved by the Corporation’s Board of Directors.
