For the purposes of Section 456.011(4), F.S., the Board defines “other business involving the Board” as:

1. (1) All regularly scheduled meetings of Board committees; and,
2. (2) Whenever a board member has been requested by the State Surgeon General or the Department staff to participate in a meeting or in the preparation, administration, or grading of the examination.
3. (3) Meetings or business at the direction or request of the Board.
