1. (1) To receive Board approval, preceptor training seminars shall consist of six (6) hours of training in the supervision of AITs and interns to include:

   1. (a) Concepts of mentorship;
   2. (b) Teaching techniques;
   3. (c) AIT program requirements;
   4. (d) Analysis of expectations and needs of AITs and preceptors; and,
   5. (e) Domains of practice.
2. (2) To receive Board approval, preceptor refresher courses shall consist of two (2) hours of training in the areas listed in subsection (1).
