1. (1) The following fee schedule is adopted by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation for the licensure of persons desiring to practice as an athlete agent pursuant to section 468.453, F.S.

   1. (a) Application Fee – $250.00.
   2. (b) Licensure Fee – $375.00.
   3. (c) Unlicensed Activity – $5.00.
   4. (d) Biennial Renewal Fee – $220.00.
   5. (e) Inactive Fee – $200.00.
   6. (f) Delinquent Fee – $25.00.
   7. (g) Reactivation Fee – $50.00.
   8. (h) Change of Status Fee – $25.00.
   9. (i) Reinstatement from null and void due to illness or economic hardship ‒ $125.00
2. (2) All fees indicated by the schedule above shall be paid in the form of a check, bank draft, or money order made payable to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
