- (1) The Commission designates the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) as its official reporter for the purpose of publishing and indexing by subject matter, after a proceeding has been held, all orders rendered which affect substantial interests.
- (2) The DBPR maintains and stores such orders in the offices of the agency clerk at the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, 2601 Blair Stone Road, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-1000. The agency clerk’s office is open to the public between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., excluding holidays and weekends.
