53ER25-29 Retailer Bonus Commission Promotion - Powerball® - Florida Lotto® - Fantasy 5® - Jackpot Triple PlayTM AMENDMENT.

(1) This amendment to Emergency Rule 53ER25-24 is to extend the promotion period to June 30, 2025 rather than the original date of June 1, 2025 and to increase the amount of available funds from $800,000.00 to $950,000.00.
(2) Promotion End Date – New.
1. (a) Subsection (1) calls for the promotion to end on June 1, 2025.
2. (b) The June 1, 2025 promotion end date in subsection (1) is now replaced with June 30, 2025.
(3) Funds Availability/Cap – New.
1. (a) Subsection (1) calls for the aggregate sum availability of $800,000.00.
2. (b) The aggregate sum availability in subsection (1) is now replaced with $950,000.00.
(4) Except as provided herein, all other provisions of Emergency Rule 53ER25-24 shall remain in full force and effect.
