1. (1) In addition to the other prohibitions and restrictions in this Part, the following are prohibited on Vacant undesignated lands:

   1. (a) Motorized Vessels.
   2. (b) Public access between 1/2 hour after sunset to 1/2 hour before sunrise.
2. (2) Pets must be under physical restraint at all times.
