Terms as defined in Chapters 120 and 373, F.S., apply throughout these rules. In addition:

1. (1) District ‒ the Northwest Florida Water Management District.

2. (2) District Offices – locations staffed by District personnel from which materials incorporated by reference into the rule can be obtained. These are:

   1. (a) District Headquarters, 152 Water Management Drive, Havana, FL 32333-9700; and,
   2. (b) DeFuniak Springs Service Office, 700 US Highway 331 S, DeFuniak Springs, FL 32435.
3. (3) Executive Director ‒ the person employed by the Governing Board to direct the District’s operations, supervise staff and administrative procedures, and execute policies adopted by the Board.
