1. (1) Each operator of a distribution system shall submit an annual report on Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration Form PHMSA F 7100.1-1 (2015), entitled “Annual Report for Calendar Year 20____ Gas Distribution System,” which is incorporated by reference into this rule and is available at HYPERLINK "http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-07924" http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-07924 for each distribution system. In the case of an operator who has more than one distribution system, a combined annual report must be submitted which includes all facilities operated within the State of Florida subject to the Commission’s jurisdiction.

2. (2) Each operator of a transmission system shall submit an annual report on Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration Form PHMSA F 7100.2-1 (2014), entitled “Annual Report for Calendar Year 20____ Natural and Other Gas Transmission and Gathering Pipeline Systems,” which is incorporated by reference into this rule and is available at HYPERLINK "http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-07925" http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-07925.

   All the above reports must be submitted for the preceding calendar year so as to be received by the Commission no later than March 15th of each year.
