- (1) Any applicant who scores 31 or more penalty points on the Class E driving exam will not qualify for a driver license. - (2) Termination of a test, will also occur in the event of a crash, dangerous driving action, traffic law violation, lack of cooperation or refusal to follow directions on the part of the applicant.
- (3) Applicants who fail to pass the driving test portion within five (5) attempts within a one year period shall have driving privileges suspended for one (1) year as incompetent to drive a motor vehicle safely.
