The Division of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Marijuana Enforcement shall be responsible for enforcement of this chapter and shall bring charges of violations of this chapter against a licensee or a certified trained server before the Commissioner. The Commissioner shall have exclusive original jurisdiction over all alleged violations of the provisions of this chapter.
