336.1 The following fees shall cover all mailings associated with services functions for which a user charges is assessed, the correction of any condition of any real property that is in violation of the law, and the issuing of tax certificates and certified copies of tax returns by the Office of Tax and Revenue.

The UCC filings listed above may be filed using electronic or paper media. The fee structure is as follows:
When the filing is communicated electronically to the filing office, the basic fees shall be:

When the filing is communicated in a paper based medium and consists of more than two (2) pages the basic fees shall be:
$ 60.00 for the first 3 pages, and
$ 5.00 each additional page, plus a
$ 5.00 surcharge for each document filed.

336.3 Effective January 1, 2012, exclusive of any surcharge applicable pursuant to D.C. Official Code § 42-1211 (2011 Supp.) or other provision of law, the following fees shall be charged for recording documents and obtaining copies of documents at the Office of Recorder of Deeds:
