2019.1 The Board or a Panel, in its discretion, may rehear or reject a request to rehear an appeal.

2019.2 Within ten (10) days of the postmark of the Board's decision, the petitioner or the Deputy Chief Financial Officer, by written notice served to the Chairperson, may request a rehearing. If a re-hearing is granted, the other party shall have two (2) days after receipt of notice in which to prepare and file with the Board or Panel a response to the hearing.

2019.3 No decision of the Board or a Panel shall be changed upon rehearing except upon a finding of plain error.
