2008 DEPUTY CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER'S RESPONSE

2008.1 The real property owner is entitled to obtain any response made by the Mayor to an appeal filed by the owner with the Board. The Mayor shall make the response available at a reasonable time upon the request of the real property owner and no less than five (5) business days prior to a scheduled hearing. At least fifteen (15) business days prior to the scheduled hearing, the Board shall provide the Mayor with a copy of the appeal.
