Balloting System Standards and Testing

1519 APPEALS
1519.1 An appeal may be taken from any decision of the Chairman or Parliamentarian. The Board member appealing shall state his or her reason for appeal. The Chairman or Parliamentarian may then respond. The appeal shall be voted upon immediately. An affirmative vote of a majority of the Board members present and voting shall be required to override the Chairman or Parliamentarian.
