1512 TRANSACTION OF BUSINESS

The Board shall take official action or transact other business only at meetings duly called under the provisions of this chapter, unless, at a prior meeting the Board specifically authorized that action be taken in another manner or at another time; or in the event at a subsequent meeting the Board determined that an emergency situation warranted immediate action be taken in another manner and ratified such action by a majority vote.
