1508.1 Assignments to, removal from, and the remuneration of the professional and clerical staff of the Board shall be determined by the Executive Director, consistent with applicable provisions of the Reform Act and Comprehensive Merit Personnel Act.(D.C. Code §§1- 601.01 et seq. (2001)).
